So what is the difference between free flickr snapshot and 12000 £ art picture?

Actually I’m not sure if the other pictures are free, but most likely majority of them do not cost 12000 – 18000 £ on Christie’s auction. Is the only difference art context? If answer is yes, I’m more than puzzled. ps. please someone could give a hint to these flickr.com photographers, that they could get [...]
