60 followers on Twitter, but where are all media artists?

Hi.
Yes, it is not really so much, but I’m just starting. 
My twitter profile is combination between media art, media art technologies, cyberculture, social media, diy-electronics and so on…. maybe it could be more fine tuned, but I prefer to keep it this way, so it is kind of mixed platform, not focusing just on one special branch. I don’t have time to update multiple profiles, 1-2 is enough.
Actually I noticed there isn’t yet many media or video artists on Twitter. Are they coming there or maybe Twitter is not interesting (yet) from art world’s perspective? Or maybe I just can’t use right keywords for finding them? How about arduino, maxmsp, puredata, art installation … ?
